We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY, and are based upon your satisfaction. If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to leave 15%-20% of the full price of the treatment.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELATION POLICY
We encourage you to make your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred booking time. We require a credit card to secure all appointments.
Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation. Appointments canceled in less than the requested time will incur a 100% cancelation fee.
As a courtesy we send out email confirmations 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Series Purchases: Full refund less the amount of any treatment/s already used if canceled within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days a credit for service only will be issued for the balance of treatments left.
Products: A full refund if returned within 3 days. After 3 days credit for product only will be issued.
